摘 要:目的探讨抵抗素基因rs1862513基因型、血浆抵抗素水平变化与同期体重变化关系。方法 2005年和2010年两次在北京市石景山区同一人群中开展心血管病流行病学调查,收集吸烟、饮酒、体重、疾病史等心血管病危险因素资料,并对收集的血标本进行抵抗素水平测定和rs1862513多态性检测。结果资料完整的有效样本共914例(男316例,女598例)。抵抗素血浆浓度变化与同期体重变化间的相关系数为0.11(P=0.001),按抵抗素rs1862513基因型分组,在CC、GC与GG基因型下,其相关系数分别为0.38(P<0.001)、0.07(P=0.154)和0.10(P=0.052)。不同基因型之间相关系数两两比较结果,CC基因型与GC、GG之间比较的P值分别为P=0.002和P=0.007,GG、GC之间比较P=0.664。多元线性回归分析结果显示,在控制了吸烟、饮酒、基线体重、基线年龄和既往病史等因素后,血浆抵抗素浓度变化与同期体重变化间的回归系数为0.06(P<0.001),在CC、GC与GG基因型下的回归系数分别为0.17(P<0.001)、0.05(P=0.027)和0.07(P=0.006)。回归两两比较比较的P值分别为:CC与GC比较P=0.014,CC与GG比较P=0.036,GG与GC比较P=0.550。结论抵抗素水平变化与同期体重变化间存在显著关联,不同rs1862513基因型下抵抗素水平变化与体重变化间的关联程度也存在显著差别,CC基因型组对于体重变化更为敏感。Objective To explore the relationship among the different genotypes of rs1862513,the plasma resistinlevel and the contemporary changes of body weight.Methods Community based epidemiological surveys were carried out in the same population at Shijingshan,Beijing in 2005 and 2010 to collect information of risk factors for cardiovascular disease.The information collected included smoking,drinking,body weight,history,et al.The plasmaresist in level was examined by ELISA and resistingene was extracted to detect its polymorphism.Results The validsample was 914,including 316 males and 598 females.The pear son correlation coefficient was 0.11(P=0.001)between the changes of the plasmaresist in level and the contemporary changes of the body weight and the coefficients were 0.38(P〈0.001),0.07(P=0.154) and 0.10(P=0.052)respectively with different genoty pesasCC,G Cand G Grespectively.Sub group compari son samong coefficients showed sign ificant differences(CC/GCP=0.002,CC/GGP=0.007)between genoty peC C and the others and non significant difference between G C and G G genotype(P=0.664).After risk factors such as smoking,drinking,base line body weight,age and history being controlled,the multi-regression model showed that the regression coefficient of body weight changes was 0.060(P=0.0012)and coefficients of different genotypes CC,GC and GG were0.174(P=0.0002),0.050(P=0.0273)and0.069(P=0.0064)respectively.The results of sub group comparisons among three regression coefficients of CC,GC and GGwere P=0.014,P=0.036,and P=0.550 repectively.Conclusion There were significant correlation between contemporary changes of plasmaresist in level and the body weight.There were significant differences among the correlation degree of each genotype of rs1862513 and genotype CC was the most significant.
