摘 要:将初始体质量为(3.28±0.15)g的中华鳖稚鳖分为4组,每组设3个重复,分别投喂添加0%、0.5%、1%、2%复方中草药的试验饲料60d,研究复方中草药对中华鳖生长、体成分和某些血清指标的影响。试验结果显示,各组间成活率无显著差异(P>0.05)。1%添加组中华鳖的体质量增加率最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与0.5%和2%添加组无显著差异(P>0.05)。1%添加组中华鳖的肝体比最低,2%添加组中华鳖的脏体比最低。随着中草药添加量的升高,中华鳖的体蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),灰分含量显著降低(P<0.05)。复方中草药添加量对中华鳖体水分和粗脂肪无显著影响(P>0.05)。1%与2%复方中草药组鳖体总氨基酸、必需氨基酸以及鲜味氨基酸高于对照组。中华鳖血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量随中草药含量升高而显著降低(P<0.05),各组中华鳖血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量及碱性磷酸酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,添加复方中草药能提高中华鳖的生长性能,添加量以1%为宜。A 60-days feeding trail was conducted to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal additives on growth performance,body composition and some serum physio-biochemical indices in juvenile soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis)with an initial body weight of(3.28 ± 0.15)g.The juvenile soft-shelled turtle was fed four diets containing 0%(control),0.5%,1.0%and 2.0% of Chinese herbal additives with triplication.Results showed that no significant difference was observed in survival rate(P〈0.05).The maximal weight gain was observed in 1.0% addition group,significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05),without significant difference in other groups.The minimal hepatosomatic index was found in1.0% addition group,and the minimal viscera-somatic index was observed in 2.0% addition group.Body protein was found to be increased with the increase in dietary Chinese herbal additives,and ash content in the soft-shelled turtle showed an opposite trend.There were no significant differences in moisture,and lipid in the turtles fed different diets(P〉0.05).Total amino acid,essential amino acids and flavor amino acids in turtles fed the diets containing 1.0% and 2.0% of Chinese herbal addition were higher than those in the turtle fed the control diet.Activities of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were shown to be significantly decreased with the increasing Chinese herbal contents(P〈0.05).However,no significant differences in levels of triacylglycerol,and total cholesterol,and alkaline phosphatase activity were observed in the turtles fed different diets(P〉0.05).The findings indicate that the Chinese herb could improve the growth performance and nutritive value for the turtle,especially at the optimal1.0% addition.
