摘  要:对参数化的逆向建模技术和参数化优化设计的集成应用进行了研究,并提出了基于逆向工程的参数化优化设计的流程。首先将扫描获得的点云数据导入到Geomagic Design Direct逆向软件中,采用正逆向参数化建模的方法完成模型的重建,然后导入到Workbench中,建立有限元模型并进行优化计算。实例表明:采用基于逆向工程的参数化优化设计方法,能够快速对重构后的模型进行再设计,降低了产品开发的成本,为产品的创新设计提供了一种新的思路。To study the integrated application of Parametric modeling technology of reverse and parametric optimization design,and the process of parametric optimization design based on reverse engineering was proposed. Firstly,the point cloud data was obtained by scanning which was then imported into Geomagic Design Direct reverse software,and the model was reconstructed by using forward and reverse parametric modeling methods. Then the model was imported into Workbench,the finite element model was constructed for further optimization calculation. Examples showthat the method of parametric optimization design based on reverse engineering was adopted,which the reconstructed model redesign was accelerated,the cost of product development was reduced and a newtrain of thought for innovation design of products was provided.
