摘　　要：语音作为运营商的传统业务,在运营商的收入占比中仍占据着重要的地位,语音业务由于其需要通话过程中语音连续性的特点,因此对网络中语音掉话数量的要求很高。结合无线及核心网网元参数的设置对网络的掉话情况进行详细分析,解释说明网元参数的设置对掉话指标的影响,并给出与掉话指标相关的网元参数的设置建议,使网元参数的设置更加贴近用户的真实感受。As the traditional business of the operator,voice plays an important role in the operator’s income share. Due to the character-istic of voice continuity in the cal ,the standards on the drop cal frequency is high. It analyzes the drop cal in combination with the parameter setting of radio and core network element,explains the influence of the parameter setting on drop cal index, presents suggestions on the setting of the parameters related with drop cal index,to make the parameter setting closer to the user’s true feelings.
