摘　　要：加强县级医师培训,推进县级专科建设,是提高县级综合能力,深化县级公立医院改革的必经途径。由广东省卫生和计划生育委员会主办,南方医科大学第三附属医院(广东省骨科研究院)承办,面向广东省县级医院招收骨科学员,成立广东省骨科医师骨干培训班,探索出一套新的县级医院骨干医师培训模式,建立较为完善的培训与考核体系,并在实践过程中不断改进,取得了较好的效果。The best approach to deepening the reform and improving the overall capacity of county-level state-owned hospitals is to boost their medical capacities in specialized fields by strengthening their medical professional training.The Guangdong orthopedists＇ training class, hosted by Guangdong health and family planning commission and organized by the third affiliated hospital of southern medical university（Guangdong institute for orthopedics）, aims at the young orthopedists in county-level hospitals. The class has worked out a new model for the training of orthopedists in countylevel hospitals and a sound system of training and testing, which have undergone continual improvements in practice and achieved satisfactory results.
