达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组予达英-35治疗,观察组加用二甲双胍,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效及性激素水平。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率达90%明显高于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后LH、T及BMI水平分别较治疗前比较显著降低,而FSH显著升高（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的LH、T及BMI水平显著低于对照组,观察组治疗后的FSH水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,值得推广和应用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity type polycystic ovary comprehensive syndrome. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, 60 cases with polycystic ovarian comprehensive syndrome patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 30 cases, patients in control group were treated with Diane-35, the observation group added metformin on the basis of the control group, continuous treatment of three courses, clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group（90%） was higher than the control group（70%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The LH,T and BMI levels in observation group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment, while FSH was significantly higher than before treatment（P 0.05）. The LH, T and BMI levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the FSH level was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome with curative effect, it is worthy of promotion and application.
