品管圈对提高骨科手术患者功能锻炼依从性的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈对提高骨科手术患者功能锻炼依从性的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,通过问卷调查、查检等方法把握现状,分析骨科手术患者功能锻炼依从性低的原因,制定对策并实施,最后进行效果确认并标准化。结果开展品管圈活动,使骨科手术患者功能锻炼依从性从活动前的66.3%提高到活动后的92.0%,目标达标率为103.6%,进步率为38.8%。结论品管圈活动能够提高骨科手术患者功能锻炼的依从性,提高骨科护理质量,促进骨科患者康复。Objective To discuss the effects of quality control circle on improvement of functional exercise compliance in patients after orthopedic operation. Methods A quality control circle group was established with determined activity themes. The reasons of low functional exercise compliance of patients after orthopedic operation were analyzed via questionnaire survey and examinations. According to the reasons, corresponding strategies were designed and implemented, and the effects were verified and standardized. Results Before the launch of quality control circle activities,the functional exercise compliance of patients after orthopedic operation was 66.3%, which was enhanced to 92.0% after quality control circle activities. The target-reaching rate was 103.6% and the progress rate was 38.8%. Conclusion Quality control circle activities can enhance the functional exercise compliance of patients after orthopedic operation,thus improving the quality of orthopedic nursing and facilitating the recovery of patients.
