摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的患病率及危险因素,并采取相应的护理干预措施以预防DPN的发生发展。方法收集2014年1月~2015年6月的2型糖尿病住院患者133例,经神经电生理检查诊断DPN,明确DPN的患病率,同时将患者分为DPN组和非DPN(NDPN)组,对两组患者的相关指标进行多因素分析。结果DPN的患病率69.17%,DPN组的年龄、病程、Hb A1c、BUN、2 h C-P与NDPN组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、Hb A1c是DPN的独立危险因素。结论年龄、Hb A1c可能是T2DM住院患者发生DPN的危险因素,有效的护理干预是预防的重要方法 。Objective To explore the prevalence and risk factors for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN), and the corresponding nursing intervention measures were taken to prevent development of DPN. Methods A total of 133 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were collected from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected. According to neurophysiological examination, the prevalence of DPN was verified, and the patients were divided into DPN group and non DPN(NDPN) group. The relevant indexes were compared between two groups by multiple factors analysis. Results The prevalence of DPN was 69.17%. There were significant differences between DPN and NDPN group in age, course of disease, Hb A1 c, BUN, 2h C-Peptide(all P〈0.05). The Logistic regression analysis showed that age, Hb A1 c were independent risk factors for DPN. Conclusion Age, Hb A1 c could be risk factors for T2 DM in patients with DPN, effective nursing intervention is an important method of prevention.
