鼻咽癌放疗后后组脑神经损伤的观察与护理探讨

摘　　要：目的总结鼻咽癌放疗后后组脑神经损伤的临床护理体会。方法选取我院在2012年8月~2015年8月收治的60例鼻咽癌放疗后伴随后组脑神经损伤的患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组（每组30例）,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施个体化护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果经护理干预,研究组患者的临床症状总改善率为73.33%,对照组为53.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组干预后的QLQC30总评分为（69.97±4.92）分,显著高于对照组的（60.87±5.07）分（P〈0.05）。研究组的护理总满意率为90.00%,对照组为73.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对鼻咽癌放疗后伴随后组脑神经损伤患者实施个体化护理干预,能有效减轻后组脑神经损伤程度,提高脑神经损伤治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,临床应用优势显著,值得推广。Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience in nerve damagement after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods Totally 60 cases of posterior brain damagement after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy were collected from August 2012 to August 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases. Patients in control group were treated with routine care, while patients in treatment group were treated with personalized care intervention, the effects of two groups were compared by statistic metods. Results After nursing intervention, the total percentage of clinical symptom improvement in treatment group was 73.33%, while there was only 53.33% in the control group, the difference between two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The QLQ-C30 score of treatment group after intervention was（69.97±4.92） points, it was significantly higher than（60.87±5.07） points in control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of treatment group was 90.00%, the rate in control group was 73.33%（P 0.05）. Conclusion A per sonalized nursing treatment can effectively reduce the degree of posterior brain damagement after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. It is proven by the data that the nursing strategy could provide better cure effect in posterior nerve damagement, improve patients＇ quality of life, and also, easier to be applied in the clinical treatment.
