摘　　要：二十多年来 ,中国共产党领导的建设有中国特色社会主义的实践 ,取得了举世瞩目和令人信服的伟大胜利。在此基础上 ,科学社会主义的理论有空前的创新。其中有三个新的突破性发展 :一是突破了过渡时期短暂论 ,代之以社会主义初级阶段论 ;二是突破了单纯计划经济论 ,代之以社会主义市场经济论 ;三是突破了社会主义运动国际统一论 。In the recent 20 years,through the practice of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics led by the Communist Party of China,we have made convincing and worldly known victories.Based on this,the theory of scientific socialism has been brought forth unprecedentedly.There are three new breakthrough developments in it.First,instead of the theory of short transitional period,we have got the theory of the primary period of socialism.Second,instead of the theory of simple planned economy,we have got the theory of socialist market economy.Finally,instead of the theory of global socialist movement,we have got the theory that different countries have their own features.
