腓骨支撑辅助外固定支架行踝关节融合术对创伤性踝关节炎的治疗价值分析

摘　　要：目的观察腓骨支撑辅助外固定支架行踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎患者的价值。方法 18例创伤性踝关节炎患者均应用腓骨支撑辅助外固定支架行踝关节融合术治疗。结果所有患者均植骨融合,术后半年患者的AOFAS评分高于术前(P<0.05)。结论腓骨支撑辅助外固定支架行踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the fibula supporting auxiliary external fixator row ankle arthrodesis therapeutic value for the treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis. Methods 18 cases with traumatic ankle arthritis using fibula supporting auxiliary external fixator ankle arthrodesis for patients. Results All patients with bone graft fusion,six months after AOFAS score was significantly higher in patients with preoperative（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis with the support of the fibula and the external fixator for the treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis is remarkable.
