关节错缝复位术结合中医定向透药疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究关节错缝复位术结合中医定向透药疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究。方法以我院从2014年12月~2015年5月收治的120名腰椎间盘突出患者为研究对象,将其随机分为：实验组和对照组,对实验组患者使用关节错缝复位术结合中医定向透药疗法的方法进行治疗,对照组患者使用常规方法进行治疗。结果对比两组患者经过治疗后的治疗效果,发现实验组患者的治疗效果好于对照组患者的治疗效果。结论使用关节错缝复位术结合中医定向透药疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以有效地提高治疗成功率,有利于腰椎间盘突出患者的恢复。Objective To explore joint dislocation reduction combined with traditional chinese medicine clinical research orientation through comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods In our hospital from December 2014 to May 2015,a total of 120 lumbar disc herniation patients as the research object,randomly divided for： experimental group and control group,for patients in the experimental group with joints staggered joint replacement combined with traditional chinese medicine direction through drug therapy method to carry on the treatment,the patients in the control group used conventional methods for treatment. Results The two groups were compared after treatment after treatment,found that patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control treatment group patients. Conclusion The use of joint dislocation reduction combined with traditional chinese medicine therapy directed through comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the success rate of treatment,is conducive to the recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
