甲状腺癌术后引流液中PTH值与低钙血症相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究甲状腺癌术后引流液中甲状旁腺素（parathormone,PTH）水平与甲状腺术后低钙血症（postthyroidectomy hypocalcemia,PHC）的相关性。方法随机选取我院2013年10月~2014年3月收治的91例甲状腺癌患者,均行甲状腺全切除＋中央区淋巴结清扫手术,于术后第1 d和第3 d测定患者血清PTH、引流液PTH、血清钙水平。结果所有患者手术顺利,术后发生PHC14例,未发生PHC77例。PHC组术后1 d和3 d血清PTH水平低于非PHC组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。PHC组术后1 d和3 d引流液PTH水平低于非PHC组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血清PTH和引流液PTH联合检测,可有效评估甲状旁腺的功能,预防PHC的发生。Objective To investigate the correlation of the drainage liquid PTH value and hypocalcemia after operation of thyroid cancer. Methods 91 cases of thyroid cancer patients underwent thyroid resection＋central lymph node dissection in our hospital were selected. The levels of serum PTH,drainage liquid and serum calcium were measured at 1 d and 3 d after operation. Results 14 cases occurred PHC and 77 cases didn＇t,serum PTH levels of PHC group were lower than those of no-PHC group at 1 d and 3 d after operation（P〈0.05）. The drainage liquid PTH levels of PHC group were lower than those of no-PHC group at 1 d and 3 d after operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PTH in serum and drainage can effectively evaluate the function of parathyroid glands.
