重型颅脑损伤救治中预见性护理的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重型颅脑损伤救治中预见性护理的应用效果。方法将124例重型颅脑损伤患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组(预见性护理)与对照组(常规护理)。对比分析两组患者救治效果及护理满意度。结果研究组患者急救时间、并发症发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在重型颅脑损伤中有着较好应用效果。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 124 patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into study group（predictive nursing）and control group（routine nursing）. The effect of treatment and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The emergency treatment time and incidence of complications in the study group were less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing in severe brain injury has a better application effect.
