摘　　要：目的探讨认知护理对卵巢囊肿患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法将104例卵巢囊肿患者按照随机双盲法分为研究组(认知护理)与对照组(常规护理)。结果研究组术后12 h、24 h、42 h疼痛评分均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组健康知识、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知护理能改善卵巢囊肿患者术后疼痛和生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of cognitive nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life of patients with ovarian cyst. Methods 104 cases of ovarian cyst were randomly divided into study group（cognitive nursing）and control group（routine nursing）. Results The 12 h,24 h,42 h pain scores of the study group were less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,the health knowledge and quality of life score of the study group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive nursing can improve postoperative pain and quality of life of patients with ovarian cyst.
