摘 要:The word marketisation derived from the description of the government behavior involving selling government agencies, government services and assets and encouraging private enterprises. There are different forms of marketisation in higher education. In the system of marketisation, British government has acted as investors and buyers while investment objective and the service providers are institutions of higher learning. This paper also analised major contents of market reform in Britain, and the effects of marketisation reform in British universities, both positively and negatively.
