摘  要:某东汽600 MW超临界汽轮机组采用复合配汽方式,在高负荷下采用顺序阀喷嘴调节方式,机组效率较高,但在中低负荷下采用节流调节,4个高压调门都存在部分节流,影响机组效率,为此需要进行配汽优化,增加中低负荷下的顺序阀进汽方式。通过试验分析论证了适用的顺序阀调门开度组合,并对参与变负荷调节的高压调门进行了流量特性试验,根据试验结果优化调门配汽函数,通过滑压试验找出顺序阀方式下的经济滑压曲线,修改DEH逻辑增加顺序阀方式,实现复合阀和顺序阀方式之间的无扰切换。性能对比试验表明,采用顺序阀方式运行后机组节能效果显著。The compound steam admission is applied in a Dongqi 600MW supercritical steam turbine unit. The unit efficiency is higher during high load with sequence valve control mode, but at low or middle load with throttle control mode and four high pressure regulating valves in part of the throttle, the unit efficiency is affected. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize steam admission, adding the sequence valve mode in the low or middle load. The applicable sequence valve opening combination is demonstrated by the test and analysis. The flow characteristic test of high-pressure valve in load adjustment is applied, and the test results is used to optimize the admission function. The economy sliding pressure curve in sequence valve mode is given through the sliding pressure test. By modifying the DEH logic, the new sequence valve mode is added and the bumpless transfer between composite valve and sequence valve is achieved. The performance comparison test shows that the energy saving effect of the unit after the operation of the sequence valve is significant.
