摘 要:为分析某660 MW燃煤机组喷氨格栅堵塞的问题,利用Fluent软件模拟了反应器内流场的分布。研究发现:由于反应器存在2个变截面烟道,因此喷氨格栅处的流场分布极不均匀,靠近变截面烟道一侧出现明显的低速区。为提高首层催化剂入口氨氮比分布的均匀性,低速区对应的喷氨阀门开度较小,从而导致了该区域喷嘴堵塞。通过对烟道内导流板布置的调整,可明显提高低速区烟气的速度,喷氨格栅截面的速度相对偏差系数由28%降低至21.5%。In order to analyze the problem of the blockage of 660MW coal fired ammonia injection grid, the distribution of flow field in the reactor was simulated by software Fluent. The research show that because there are 2 cross section in the reactor, so the distribution of flow field at the ammonia injection grid is extremely uneven, near the side of the variable cross section there exists a obviously low velocity zone, in order to improve the uniformity of the distribution of NH3/NO ratio at the inlet of first catalyst layer, low speed area corresponding to the opening of the valve is small, which leads to the nozzle blockage. Through adjusting the guide plate in the flue, the speed of low velocity area can be significantly improved, the relative deviation coefficient of velocity at cross-section reduced from 28% to 21.5%.
