摘　　要：对成批重度烧伤患者的气道护理状况进行研究,总结成批重度烧伤患者的气道管理经验,从而提出有效的治疗护理措施。对重度烧伤合并吸入性损伤的病例进行回顾性分析,全部烧伤患者在进行及时抢救治疗后,进行气管切开术,呼吸机辅助呼吸,通过气管切开套管及系带特殊管理,加强气道湿化、辅助排痰、吸痰等治疗护理后,患者呼吸系统症状体征部分缓解或消失。Making research on airway health nursing of severe burn patients, summarizing airway management experi of burn patients to come up with effective treatment and care measures. Severe burn patients with inhalation injury retrospectively analyzed in this paper, after all burn patients having emergency treatment promptly, they were treated ence were with tracheotomy, assisted respiration to strengthen the airway wet, assisted sputum excretion and sputum suction, respiratory symptoms and signs of patients are partial remitted or disappeared.
