摘　　要：针对我国乒乓球基础训练中的问题进行分析,提出了应重视早期专项化训练的科学开展,始终坚持"百花齐放"的方针以及注意运动损伤事故的预防等提高乒乓球基础训练的措施,希望为我国乒乓球基础训练工作的开展提供一定的参考,进一步促进我国乒乓球基础训练工作的发展。This paper analyzed problems of table tennis basic training, proposed that people should pay attention to the early special project training, and should always adhere to ＂all flower bloom together＂ policy and pay attention to sports injury prevention to improve table tennis training, hoping to provide a reference for table tennis basic training, to further promote the development of China＇s table tennis training.
