摘　　要：黑龙江垦区有着富饶的土地资源和丰富的自然资源,这些得天独厚的资源条件都为垦区的发展提供基础条件和物质储备。黑龙江省农垦区是我国最重要的粮食生产基地,在我国可持续发展中占据重要战略地位,研究黑龙江可持续发展问题对我国农业发展具有重要意义。Heilongjiang reclamation area has fertile land conditions and material reserves for the development important grain production base, which occupies an therefore the research of sustainable development and rich natural resources, these unique conditions provide basic of reclamation area. Heilongjiang reclamation area is the most important strategic position in China＇s sustainable development, of Heilongjiang has great significance for China＇s agricultural development.
