摘  要:在充分考虑影响建筑电气节能因素的基础上,运用灰色理论和层次分析法对建筑电气节能指标进行了定量的评价。通过层次分析法确定指标权重,建立灰色关联模型,根据关联度的大小确定建筑电气节能设计的最优方案,并结合绿色办公楼建筑实例进行分析。提出的方案具有一定的客观、科学性,可在建筑电气节能方案评选过程中应用。On the basis of the factors affecting the building electrical energy saving,this paper evaluated the building electrical energy-saving indexes by combining gray theory with hierarchy analysis process. The weight of each indicator was determined by using of the analytic hierarchy process,and a gray correlation model was developed.According to the correlation value between building electrical energy saving,the optimal plan was determined,which was analyzed by combing the practical case of green office building. The proposed plan has the objectivity and scientificity,which can be used in the selection process of building electric energy saving.
