摘　　要：农牧产品低碳化物流是西藏农牧产品物流发展必由之路,也是西藏自治区发展循环经济和绿色农业的重要措施。目前,西藏农牧产品低碳化物流存在着能耗大、污染重等诸多问题。针对西藏农牧产品低碳化物流存在的问题,提出健全西藏低碳物流法规、规章,优化消费结构,完善低碳物流政策,培养低碳物流人才等宏观建议;加大对农牧产品源头净化处理,低碳化仓储建设,运输工具低碳化改造,优化配送方式及包装低碳化处理等微观措施,以期促进西藏农牧产品低碳化物流的健康可持续发展。The low-carbon logistics of agricultural and livestock products is the only way for the development of the logistics of agricultural and livestock products in Tibet, but also the important measures for the development of circular economy and green agriculture in Tibet Autonomous Region. At present, there are many problems such as high energy consumption, heavy pollution in Tibet agricultural and animal husbandry products. In response to the problems of the low-carbon logistics of agricultural and livestock products in Tibet, the paper puts forward the macro suggestions to improve the low carbon logistics laws and regulations, optimize the consumption structure, improve the low carbon logistics policies, develop low-carbon logistics talents, and increase the source of agricultural and livestock products, such as low carbon storage, transportation and low carbon, and the specific measures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural and livestock products in Tibet.
