小檗碱对卵白蛋白致敏豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究小檗碱对卵白蛋白致敏的离体回肠平滑肌的影响。方法：采用体外离体器官实验法,观察小檗碱（20-100μg·ml-1）对卵白蛋白致敏豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌的影响,以及对磷酸组织胺（His）和氯化乙酰胆碱（Ach）所致豚鼠离体回肠收缩的影响。结果：小檗碱（20-100μg·ml-1）能明显抑制卵白蛋白致敏豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩,对His和Ach所致的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩也有一定的抑制作用。结论：小檗碱对卵白蛋白致敏的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌有明显的解痉作用。Objective：To study the effects of berberine on ovalbumin sensitized ileum smooth muscle strips of guinea pig.Methods：The effects of berberine（20-100μg·ml^-1）on the contraction of ovalabumin sensitized ileum smooth muscle strips were observed by ex vivo evaluation methods,and the effects of berberine（20-320μg·ml^-1）on the contraction of ileum smooth muscle strips induced by His/Ach were also observed.Results：Berberine（20-100μg·ml^-1）could significantly inhibited the contractility of sensitized ileum smooth muscle,and partly inhibited the contraction induced by His/Ach.Conclusion：Berberine has significant antispasmodic activity on ovalbumin sensitized ileum smooth muscle strips of guinea pig.
