摘　　要：目的:观察心脏釆血和颈总动脉釆血对家兔水杨酸钠血浆半衰期的影响。方法:将12只家兔按随机数字单盲法分为心脏釆血组和颈总动脉釆血组(n=6),经耳缘静脉注射10%水杨酸钠溶液2ml·kg-1,分别于0min,10min和40min后釆血,处理血样,HPLC测定血浆水杨酸的峰面积,计算其半衰期。结果:心脏釆血组半衰期比颈总动脉釆血组明显延长(P<0.05),颈总动脉釆血组的实验数据较心脏釆血组更为稳定。结论:颈总动脉釆血较心脏釆血对水杨酸钠半衰期的测定更为稳定。Objective：To observe the effects of blood samples were collected from heart and common carotid artery on the half-life of plasma sodium salicylic in rabbits.Methods：Twelve rabbits were divided into two groups（n=6）according to the random number and single blind method.Blood samples collected from one group were from heart and another from the common carotid artery.Rabbits were injected 10% sodium salicylic solution 2ml kg-1 through ear vein.Blood samples were collected at 0,10 and 40min respectively from heart and common carotid artery to measure the half-life of plasma salicylic sodium by high performance liquid chromatograph（HPLC）.Results：The half-life in the groups whose blood samples were collected from heart were significantly longer than those in another groups（P〈0.05）.The experimental data in the groups whose blood samples were collected from common carotid artery were more stable.Conclusions：The blood samples from common carotid artery are more stable than those from heart on the half-life of plasma sodium salicylic.
