摘　　要：农民利益表达机制是农民作为弱势群体维护自己合法权益的重要载体,但是我国当下还未形成一套完整的农民利益表达机制,现行的农民利益表达机制呈现出农民不愿表达、不会表达、表达渠道不畅和表达无果的现状。为了建立和完善农民利益表达机制,必须提高农民的表达意识、建立完善相关政治法律信访制度、拓宽利益表达新渠道,建立农民利益表达的有效机制,保障农民权益。Farmers＇ interest expression mechanism is an important carrier of weak groups to maintain their legitimate rights and interests.But our country has not yet formed a complete set of farmers＇interest expression mechanism.There are some problems in the current farmers＇interest expression mechanism.For example,farmers are reluctant to express,unable to express,impeded in express channel and the expression has no result.In order to establish and improve the farmers＇interest expression mechanism,we should enhance farmers＇expression consciousness,establish and improve related political law system,widen the channel of the new interest expression,establish an effective mechanism for farmers interests expression,and safeguard the rights and interests of farmers.
