摘  要:目的:分析电烧伤患者细菌感染及耐药情况,为更好地治疗电烧伤提供参考。方法:收集本院电烧伤患者各类标本分离的病原菌资料,根据电烧伤类型分为电接触伤A组、电弧烧伤B组,对各组病原菌分布及药敏结果进行统计分析。结果:共分离出256株病原菌,创面感染菌株238例占92.97%,其中革兰阴性杆菌占64.8%;两组革兰阴性病原菌分布构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),革兰阳性病原菌分布构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);金黄色葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌所占比例较高(39.2%),鲍曼氏不动杆菌多重耐药菌检出率较高。结论:电烧伤患者最常见的感染仍为创面感染,且电接触伤与电弧烧伤菌株构成存在差异,优势病原菌对多种常用的抗生素表现出高耐药性。Objective:Analysis of electrical burn patients bacterial infections and drug resistance,to provide reference for better treatment of electrical burn patients.Methods:The data of pathogenic bacteria isolated from various specimens of electrical burn patients were collected,it were divided into electrical contact group A and arc burns group B accord to the electrical burn injury types,distribution of pathogens and drug susceptibility results were analyzed in each group.Results:Of totally 256 strains of pathogenic bacteria data were collected,among them 238(92.97%)strains from burn wound,there were 166(64.8%)strains of gram-negative bacteria;two groups of Gram-negative bacteria strains on the distribution of the difference had statistically significant(P〈0.05),the gram-positive bacteria species distribution constituent ratio of the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05);the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus had higher proportion(39.2%)in Staphylococcus aureus,Bowman Acinetobacter contained higher detection rate of multi-drug resistance.Conclusion:Electrical burn patients with the most common infection is still wound infection,and the electrical contact and the arc burns of pathogens constituent ratio have differences,advantage of pathogens exhibit high resistance to a variety of commonly used antibiotics.
