摘　　要：剖宫产已成为解决难产和某些产科合并症,挽救产妇和围产儿生命的有效手段。但是,各种原因导致剖宫产指征范围变广,我国各地剖宫产率明显升高,对我院近几年剖宫产的数据进行研究,发现胎儿窘迫,妊娠合并症,社会因素等排在前列。Cesarean section has been one of the most effect ways of resolving the difficult labour and obstetrical complications to save puerperae and babies. However, the range of cesarean section indication being wide, the rate of cesarean section increases rapidly in our country. Cases of cesarean section in our hospital has been analyzed. Fetal distress, pregnancy complications and social factors play a dominant role in the increasing rate of cesarean section.
