摘　　要：本文以四川省20399人的就诊率、未就诊率、住院率、未住院率和医疗支出为主要指标考察卫生服务需要、需求和利用情况,分析结果显示:卫生服务利用的影响因素非常广泛;四川人口老龄化将对四川医疗卫生事业发展构成挑战;医保对卫生服务利用率相关性明显;疾病发病率与地区经济发展水平显著相关。建议增加老年医疗卫生资源供给,建立老年补充医疗保险;完善基本医疗保险制度;促进商业保险健康发展;在落后地区普及卫生保健服务。In order to evaluate heath service utilization, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 20399 residents selected by stratified sampling and multi-stage sampling from three districts with different development level in Sichuan province. This study shows： firstly, the factors that affecte heath service needs, demands and utilization are complicated and variable, in- cluding age, development level and health insurance and so on. Secondly, outpatient rate, hospitalization rate and health expense of the old are high. Therefore, the aged tendency of population will challenge the health service system sharply. Thirdly, there is a significant correlation between health insurance and health service utilization. Besides, incidence of disease and poverty interact.
