摘　　要：纺织服装产业在中越对外贸易中都占有非常重要的地位,TPP协议的达成将会对中国与越南的纺织产业对外贸易竞争优势产生影响。在劳动力成本上升、人民币汇率升值及TPP背景下,中越纺织服装产业在竞争的同时有必要加强合作。本文考察了中越纺织产业对外贸易状况,基于全球价值链理论,计算出中国和越南纺织服装产业出口国内附加值的变化,并且解析了纺织服装产业全球价值链的演变以及中越两国在纺织服装产业构建全球价值链的动力机制,提出构建中越纺织服装产业全球价值链的建议。Textile and apparel industry plays an important role in the foreign trade of China and Vietnam. Once the a- greement is reached, the TPP will have an impact on the foreign trade competitive advantages of China and Vietnam. In the con- text of rising labor costs, the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate and the TPP is about to reach, the Sino-Vietnamesetextile and apparel indnstryneeds to strengthen cooperative. This paper firstly analyzes the textile industry trade of China and Vietnam, then caleulats the trade in added value of textile and apparel industry , analyze sthe global value chainevolution of textile indus- try, and the power mechanism of the two countries in the global value chain of textile and apparel industry. Finally, the sugges- tions for construction the global value chain of the Sino-Vietnamese textile and aooarel industry are out forward.
