摘  要:纤维铺放是实现复合材料成型的主要制造技术之一。为满足工艺要求,必须对影响构件质量的关键因素(铺放精度)进行控制。质量控制的难点在于,铺放过程中要考虑材料堆叠引起的曲面变化。然而,现有方法不考虑这种变化的影响,始终按基面路径铺放,必然导致铺层质量变差。为减少铺贴不准确引起的质量波动,提出一种等距曲面的构件质量控制方法。通过构造原芯模的等距面,并在该曲面上进行新铺层的路径规划,以减少误差传递,保证材料的铺贴精度。经仿真分析和实验验证,等距曲面方法具有良好的铺层效果,能够保证构件质量的稳定,工程应用价值较大。Fiber placement is one of the key techniques for the manufacturing of composites. To meet the process requirements, the critical factor or the laying accuracy must be well controlled. The major difficulty in quality control is the treatment of surface variation, which is caused by a multi-layer stack. However, the impact of surface variation is not considered in current methods. The materials are always placed in accordance with the base-paths, resulting in the inexact layers. This leads to the quality fluctuation. To reduce the fluctuation caused by inaccurate placement, a suppression method based on offset surface was proposed. By constructing the offset surface, the path planning of new layer can be conducted. As a result, the error transfer was decreased and the laying accuracy was improved. The results from simulation and experiment show that a better layer integrity is obtained and the part quality is stable. Therefore, the suppression method is valuable for engineering applications.
