摘　　要：加入WTO对中国现行的利用外资政策将带来巨大的挑战 ,分析了我国利用外资政策的内在矛盾 ,在此基础上提出我国应实行有中国特色的中性外资政策及具体改革措施。Entering into the WTO will bring tremendous challenges to Chinas policy of foreign capital utilization. The paper deeply analyses the inner contradictions of Chinas policy of foreign capital utilization. It further puts forward that we should carry out neutral policy of foreign capital utilization with Chinese characteristics and the concrete reform measures.
