摘　　要：针对人工清点和分类硬币耗时、耗力,效率不高等问题,设计了一种便携式硬币自动分类计数装置。该装置以离心力为分离动力,根据不同面值硬币在直径上的细微差别,设计了独特的分离滑道,并采用红外计数方法。实验表明,该硬币分离器能实现硬币自动分类和计数,并具有结构简单,成本低等优点,具有广泛推广的价值。A portable coin sorting and counting device was designed in this paper to solve the problems caused by manual operating, such as time consuming, energy consumption and low efficiency. The device used centrifugal force as separation power; unique separation chute was designed according to the different denominations of coins in diameter and used infrared counting method. The experimental results showed that the coin separator could realize the automatic classification and counting, and had a wide range of promotional value for its advantages of simple structure, low cost and so on.
