摘　　要：公务员档案失信事件多发,亟需建立公务员诚信档案来约束造假的行为。由于主观上的诚信问题和客观上的管理手段缺失及管理思路陈旧,在建立公务员诚信档案时,既要加强诚信教育,也要在制度上发挥惩戒作用;既要实现管理的信息化,也要创新管理模式。Because of civil servants＇ fake archives, credit archives need to be established to restrain fraud behaviors. On account of credit problems, lack of management methods and old management conceptions, in establishing the credit archives, we should not only strengthen the credit education, but also establish the system to punish fraud behaviors.Furthermore, achieving management informationization and innovating management methods are also the solutions.
