摘　　要：目的:确定热回流法提取角茴香中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺,并测定不同产地角茴香中总生物碱的含量,为角茴香的质量标准提供一定的依据。方法:采用酸性染料比色法测定不同产地的角茴香中总生物碱的含量,通过正交设计方法,以总生物碱的得率为考察指标,优选总生物碱的提取工艺。结果:最终确定总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为:用0.01mo L/L的盐酸热回流提取4次,每次2h,料液比为1:20。结果表明,2014年采自青海湟中的角茴香中所含生物碱含量最高,2015年采自青海大通的含量最低。结论:不同产地的角茴香中总生物碱的含量差异较大。通过优选得到的提取工艺提高了生物碱的提取效率,可做为今后角茴香中总生物碱的提取工艺。建立的角茴香中总生物碱含量测定方法简便、结果准确可靠。Objective： To make sure that the optimum extraction technology of total alkaloids in erect hypecoum herb was heat reflux extraction method,to determine the contents of total alkaloids in erect hypecoum herb from different origins,and to provide a certain basis for the quality standard of hypecoum. Methods： The contents of total alkaloids in erect hypecoum herb from different origins were tested with acid dye colorimetry. By orthogonal design method,the yield of total alkaloids was referred as the index of evaluation to optimize its extraction process. Results： The optimum extraction technology of total alkaloid was finally that it was extracted 4 times with 0.01 mo L / L hydrochloric acid（ HC） through the method of heat reflux,2 hours for each time,with material to solvent 1 ∶ 20. The results showed that the highest contents of total alkaloids in erect hypecoum herb collected from Huangzhong area of Qinghai Province in 2014,and the lowest from Datong area of Qinghai in 2015. Conclusion： There＇s a significant difference about the contents of total alkaloids in erect hypecoum herb from different origins. The optimized extraction process improved the extraction efficiency of alkaloid. And this method could be used as the extraction technology of total alkaloid from erect hypecoum herb in the future due to its simpleness,accurateness and reliability.
