摘  要:为探讨施磷处理(0、90、180、270、360、450kg/hm2 P2O5)和植株不同结荚位置(上、中、下部)对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)种子发芽特性的影响,测定了不同处理种子磷含量、单粒重、发芽率、发芽势等指标。结果表明:施磷处理为450kg/hm2 P2O5时,种子磷含量最高;施磷处理为360kg/hm2 P2O5时,种子单粒重最大;施磷处理对正常苗比例、硬实比例、发芽率、不正常苗比例、死种子比例以及发芽势的影响均不显著(p>0.05)。苜蓿植株不同结荚位置的种子磷含量之间差异不显著(p>0.05),中、下部荚果内种子单粒重较上部重,并且下部荚果内种子的正常苗比例和发芽率均显著(p<0.05)高于中、上部荚果内种子,下部荚果内种子的不正常苗比例显著(p<0.05)低于中、上部荚果内种子。施磷处理和结荚位置之间的交互作用对各个指标的影响不显著(p>0.05)。A field experiment was designed to investigate the influence of phosphorus application(0,90,180,270,360,450kg/hm2P2O5)and pod position(upper,middle and lower positionin the plant)on the seed germination characteristics of alfalfa(Medicago sativa).Some indexes were measured including phosphorus content,single seed weight,germination percentage,germination energy of alfalfa seeds,and so on,under different treatments.The results showed that phosphorus content of alfalfa seeds was highest in the treatment of 450kg/hm2P2O5.Single seed weight was highest in the application of 360kg/hm2P2O5.There were no significant(p0.05)effect for phosphorus application on normal seedling percentage,hard seed percentage,germination percentage,abnormal seedling percentage,dead seed percentage and germination energy.Also,there were no significant(p0.05)difference among phosphorus content of seeds in different pod position.However,the larger seeds were obtained from pods of middle and lower parts of the plants.Higher normal seedling percentage and lower abnormal seedling percentage from pods of lower parts was obtained than that of upper and middle parts.No significant(p0.05)interactions of phosphorus application and pod position was attained.
