摘　　要：在以往水稻品种的杂交研究中,对千粒重而言,F1的粒重均介于父母本粒重的平均值或略重。大粒型水稻材料R 147由于携带有特大粒显性上位基因,所以凡与其杂交的F1的千粒重均超过父母本的平均值,并呈特大粒显性上位及倾父遗传。这种独特的遗传现象的发现将会对当前杂交水稻的研究产生重大影响。In the study of Hybrid Rice Varieties in the past,in terms of 1000 grain weight,F1 grain weight were between the average grain weight of parents or heavier slightly.Because the rice variety R 147 carried a large grain size dominant epistatic gene,the 1000 grain weight of its hybrid F1 was more heavier than the average of parents of its F1 generation,and showed the dominant epistasis and paternal inheritance.The discovery of this unique genetic phenomenon will have a significant impact on the current study of hybrid rice.
