摘　　要：从陕西关中G村的田野调查发现:当前陕西农村传统的殡葬方式面临着诸多困境。随着我国城镇化进程的高速推进及农村生产生活方式的改变,殡葬服务产业化成为化解农村殡葬困境的最佳途径。陕西农村殡葬服务产业化可参照如下方案:一是政府加大补贴力度,逐步承担基本殡葬服务费用;二是殡葬方式选择,尊重民众意愿;三是选择性殡葬服务,实行产业化。According to the field survey of G village in Shaanxi Guanzhong, the current rural traditional funeral and interment ways in Shaanxi are faced with many difficulties. With the deepening of our country urbanization and the changes of rural production and lifestyle, the industrialization of funeral and interment service, which can be carried out, becomes the best ways to solve the rural funeral and interment problems, according to the following schemes in Shaanxi： First, the government should gradually increase the subsidies until it pays all fees of basic funeral and interment services; Second, public＇s wishes of funeral and interment ways should be respected; Third, the selective funeral and interment service should be industrialized.
