摘  要:为分析茎直黄芪化学成分和吲哚里西啶类生物碱,5kg茎直黄芪草粉经热回流提取,石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯分别萃取,对各萃取部位化学成分,及氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位吲哚里西啶类生物碱进行薄层色谱法(TLC)定性分析,同时用薄层色谱扫描软件,对各成分进行扫描计算相对含量。结果显示,3个萃取部位分别检出13、15、15个显色斑点,其中SYM-12、SYM-10、SYM-6、LF-7、YSYZ-8、YSYZ-6等6种物质相对含量均在15%以上。吲哚里西啶类生物碱专项分析表明,茎直黄芪氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位至少含8种和6种吲哚里西啶类生物碱,其中LFSWJ-5、LFSWJ-6、LFSWJ-7、YSYZSWJ-3、YSYZSWJ-4和YSYZSWJ-5等相对含量均在15%以上,LFSWJ-3和YSYZSWJ-4Rf与苦马豆素标准品一致,相对含量分别为10.02%和15.67%。To study on lusstrictus grass was chemical constituents and indolizidine alkaloids in Astragalus strictus, 5 kg Astraga- extracted by heat reflux extraction, then the fractons were extracted with petroleum ether,chloroform and ethyl acetate, respectively. TLC qualitative analyses for chemical constituents were carried out on each part. Special TLC analysis for indolizidine alkaloids were carried out on the parts of chloroform and ethyl acetate. The TLC chromatogram was scanned by scanning software for quantitative a- nalysis. The results showed that 13,15 and 15 spots were detected in the three extracts, and the contents of SYM-10,SYM-6, LF-7, YSYZ-8, SYM-12, YSYZ-6 were all above 15%. The chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions of Astragalus strictus contain at least 8 and 6 indolizidine alkaloids. The relative contents of LF- SWJ-5, LFSWJ-6, LFSWJ-7, YSYZSWJ-3, YSYZSWJ-4, YSYZSWJ-5 are all more than 15 ~. LFSWJ-3 and YSYZSWJ-4 Rf are consistent with swainsonine standard, and the relative contents are 15. 67% and 10.02 ~, respectively
