摘　　要：乌鲁木齐市某牲畜交易市场有犊牛死亡,另有其他病例发生,患病犊牛主要表现为呼吸困难。采集病料进行实验室诊断,根据临床症状及细菌分离鉴定结果,判定为阴沟肠杆菌和居泉沙雷菌引起的牛肺炎,药敏试验显示,这两种菌均对亚胺培南、环丙沙星等药物敏感,经治疗后病牛恢复健康。本研究是牛感染阴沟肠杆菌和居泉沙雷菌引起肺炎并导致死亡的首次报道,为该病的诊断和防治提供参考。Cases of death and disease of calves occurred inalivestock trading center ot urumql,tne mare cnm- cal manifestations of sick calves were dyspnea. Laboratory diagnosis of clinical samples were conducted. The diagnosis results showed that the calves with pneumonia were infected with Enterobacter cloacae and Serratia fonticola according to clinical symptoms and bacterial identification. The drug sensitivity test indi- cated that both of the two kinds of bacteria were sensitive to imipenem and ciprofloxacin. The infected calves were recovered completely after treatment. This was the first report that the calves died resulted from pneumonia caused by Enterobacter cloacae and Serratia fonticolam infection, which provides refer- ence for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the disease.
