摘 要:利用等离子转移弧堆焊(PTA Welding)在S50C中碳钢表面制备含碳化铌(Nb C)颗粒的强化层,研究颗粒尺寸和体积分数对强化层组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,母粉中Nb C的尺寸和体积分数对基体强度的影响不大,而对600℃高温下的耐磨性有明显影响。当母粉中含60%粒径大于75μm的Nb C颗粒时,强化层的耐磨性最好。The NbC strengthening on S50C medium carbon steel was prepared by plasma transferred arc welding, and the microstructure and wear resistance of the layer were studied. The results show that the effect of NbC particle size and volume fraction on the strength of the matrix is low, while the effect is high at high temperature under 600 ℃. The optimal wear resistance of the layer arises when the volume fraction of NbC particle with larger than 75 μm is 60%.
