变质剂加入量对高碳高铬铸钢组织的影响

摘  要:利用不同加入量的稀土-硅-镁对高碳高铬铸钢进行变质处理,分析不同变质剂用量对其组织的影响,并分析影响原因。结果表明,变质处理不仅可以细化基体组织,还可以使碳化物的形态发生变化;在一定范围内,随着变质剂用量的不断增加,基体组织的细化程度有增加的趋势,同时网状碳化物断开程度也不断增加。但是当变质剂含量增加到0.05%以后,继续增加时,变化很小。The modification treatment of different addition of RE-Si-Mg on high carbon high chromium steel castings was conducted. The effect of different modifier content on the microstructure of the steel was investigated. The results show that modification not only can refine the matrix structure, also can make the carbide morphology change. In a certain range,with continuous increase of the amount of modifier, there is an increasing trend in the degree of refining matrix structure, at the same time, the carbide network disconnect degree also increases constantly. However, when the modifier content is more than 0.05%, to increase its content continue, the change is small.
