摘 要:为进一步加强皮带轮铸造工艺的优化设计,采用MAGMA模拟软件对典型皮带轮进行工艺优化模拟,并对其充型、凝固过程进行了数值模拟。结合出品率以及冒口对缩孔缩松的影响,找出最佳工艺。模拟之后的研究结果发现,优化后的皮带轮机体工艺方案合理,铁液充型平稳,铸件温度场分布均匀,解决了缩孔缩松缺陷。经实际生产验证。In order to further strengthen the optimization design of the pulley casting process, the MAGMA simulation software was adopted to design and optimize the typical pulley process, and the filling and solidification process were simulated. Considering the production rate and the influence of riser on porosity shrinkage, the best process was found. The results show that the process scheme is reasonable after optimization, the filling of iron liquid is smooth, the temperature field in the casting distributes uniform, and the shrinkage defects were solved. The mechanical properties of the castings meet the requirements of factory by verification in actual production.
