利尿剂联合倍他司汀治疗梅尼埃病所致眩晕的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析利尿剂联合倍他司汀治疗梅尼埃病所致眩晕的临床价值及疗效。方法 选择2012年10月-2015年9月112例接受我院治疗的因梅尼埃病所致的眩晕患者作为研究对象,依照治疗方案的不同将其分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者采用注射银杏叶制剂进行治疗;研究组患者采用利尿剂联合倍他司汀进行治疗。评价两组患者的临床疗效及预后,记录两组患者临床相关时间指标。结果 研究组患者的治疗时间、临床症状消失时间较对照组均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 利尿剂联合倍他司汀治疗梅尼埃病所致眩晕的临床效果显著,具有治疗时间短、并发症少、复发率低的特点,应予以推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value and effect of diuretic combined with betahistine in the treatment of vertigo due to Meniere disease. Methods 112 patients suffering from vertigo due to Meniere disease who were treated in our hospital from October 2012 to September 2015 were selected as research samples.According to different thera- peutic regimens,they were divided into research group and control group.In the control group,Ginkgo leaf preparation for injection was used.In the research group,diuretic combined with betahistine was applied.The clinical effect and prognosis were evaluated between the two groups and the clinical related time indexes were also recorded. Results In the research group,time of treatment and clinical symptoms disappearing was greatly shorter than that of the control group respectively,with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.In the research group,the total clinical therapeutic effective rate was much higher than that in the control group,which was displayed a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence of each symptom like headache,rash,and heart palpitation,etc, was almost the same.The difference in total occurrence rate of complications was not in statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of diuretic and betahistine in the treat- ment of vertigo due to Meniere disease can obtain a remarkable effect in clinic at advantages of short therapeutic time, few complications,and low recurrence rate,which should be extensively applied.
