摘  要:针对江苏临海高等级公路粉土路基的难压实、强度低、易冲刷等病害问题,选择以水泥为固化主剂,并结合几种外添加剂,确定了SS-1型固化剂的基本组成及最佳配比。通过无侧限抗压强度、水稳性试验、线性收缩试验、CBR试验和回弹模量试验,研究了SS-1型固化剂处理粉土路基的路用性能,结果表明,SS-1型固化剂固化粉土试件的收缩性明显小于石灰和石灰+水泥的收缩性,其回弹模量明显高于石灰固化粉土和石灰+水泥固化粉土,且其固化粉土的CBR值较大,均满足高等级公路路基填料的强度要求。试验成果为SS-1型固化剂稳定不良粉土路基的工程设计及现场施工提供试验依据。The common problems of silt subgrade in Jiangsu coastal highway are difficulty in compaction,low strength,and easy scouring.In this paper,the cement was selected as the main curing agent in addition with several additives,and then the optimum proportion of SS-1 type curing agent was determined.Through unconfined compressive strength,water stability testing,linear shrinkage testing,CBR testing and resilience modulus testing,the performances of silt roadbed road with SS- 1 type curing agent was investigated.The results shows the contractility of the soil specimen handled by SS-1 type curing agent is lower,the modulus of resilience is significantly higher,and the curing value of silt CBR is greater than that of the lime and cement mixture.This agent could satisfy the requirements of the strength of the highway subgrade filler.These testing results of SS-1 type curing agent could provide an experimental basis for engineering design and site construction of silt roadbed.
