摘  要:目的:比较新疆3种独尾草在开花期和休眠期总蒽醌的含量以及根、茎、叶中芦荟大黄素的含量。方法:用超声波法提取独尾草中的总蒽醌,采用紫外分光光度法测定总蒽醌的含量,用HPLC法测定3种独尾草根、茎、叶中芦荟大黄素的含量。结果:总蒽醌含量,异翅独尾草根中最高,且在休眠期高于开花期;芦荟大黄素含量,根>叶>茎;异翅独尾草根中含量最高,粗柄独尾草茎中最低。结论:新疆3种特有独尾草中,异翅独尾草在休眠状态时根中贮藏的总蒽醌和芦荟大黄素含量最高。OBJECTIVE To compare contents of total anthraquinone from three kinds of Eremurusin Xinjiang at puberty and rest period,and contents of aloe-emodin in roots,leaves and stems.METHODS Total anthraquinone in three kinds of Eremurus was extracted by ultrasonic technique,and determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry.Aloe-emodin content of roots,stems and leaves were determined by HPLC.RESULTS Total anthraquinone content in root of Eremurus anisopterus was the highest,and higher during dormant period than that of florescence.Sequence of contents of aloe-emodin during dormant period:roots〉leaves〉stems.It was the highest in root of Eremurus anisopterus,and lowest in stem of Eremurus inderiensis.CONCLUSION Contents of total anthraquinone and aloe-emodin are the highest in root of Eremurus anisopterus at resting state.
