摘  要:采用两种不同抗氧剂利用现有技术制备了辐照交联聚烯烃电缆料,并对其力学性能、热延伸和热性能等进行了分析。结果表明:对于LA抗氧体系,辐照后交联程度较高,抗氧剂添加量对辐照交联的延缓作用较弱,添加量为1.0%时,耐老化性能最好;对于LB抗氧体系,抗氧剂对试样的交联存在抑制作用,随抗氧剂添加量的增加,交联程度降低。对于辐照后已充分交联的试样,因含有足够的剩余抗氧剂,在老化试验过程中,存在重结晶作用;而没有充分交联的共混物,在老化试验过程中会发生继续交联反应。Two irradiation cross-linking polyolefine cable compounds were prepared with two antioxidants by existing technology, and their mechanical properties, thermal prolongation, and heat resistance were analyzed. The results show that for the LA antioxidant system, the cross-linking degree after irradiation is higher, and the delaying effect of antioxidant addition amount on the cross-linking is weaker. When the addition amount is 1.0%, the ageing resistance performance is the best. For the LB antioxidant system,the antioxidant can inhibit the cross-linking of sample, and the cross-linking degree decreases with the increase of antioxidant addition amount. The cross-linking sufficiently sample would recrystallization during the ageing test because containing enough residual antioxidant, and the cross-linking insufficiently sample would continue to cross-link during the ageing test.
