摘  要:本试验给出了Mg-2.0Si(含Si质量百分数为2.0%)二元合金的显微组织及Mg_2Si形貌,并研究了添加不同含量Sn元素对合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Sn元素后,Mg-Si-Sn合金主要由α-Mg基体、Mg_2Si相和Mg_2Sn相组成;Mg_2Si以初生块状和共晶汉字状两种形态存在;Sn的添加使初生块状Mg_2Si尺寸变小,共晶汉字状Mg_2Si向短棒状和颗粒状转变;在Sn含量不超过3.5%时,Mg_2Sn相主要以颗粒状存在于共晶Mg_2Si周围;而在Sn含量为4.5%时,基体中则会生成不规则粗大的Mg_2Sn相。合金抗拉强度及伸长率均随着Sn含量的增加先增后减,在Sn含量为3.5%时达到最大值。The microstructure and Mg2Si morphology of Mg-2.0Si alloy were showed. The influences of adding different Sn content on microsturcture and mechanical property of Mg-2.0Si alloy were investigated in this paper. The results show that the alloy consists of oL-Mg matrix, Mg2Si phase and Mg2Sn phase after adding Sn element. MgzSi phase distributes in the dendritic e^-Mg matrix with two forms, one is massive and the other is Chinese characters shape. With the addition of Sn element, the size of primary massive Mg2Si decreased and the Chinese characters shaped Mg2Si transformed into short rod and granular. When Sn content is less than 3.5%, the MgzSn phase distributes around eutectic Mg2Si with granular form, however the MgzSn phase changed into irregular and coarse when Sn content reached 4.5%. The tensile strength and elongation of alloy increase first then decrease with the increasing of Sn content and reach the maximum at 3.5% Sn content.
