摘  要:针对真空负压壳型铸造超薄型壳在失模过程中受泡沫模膨胀力以及浇铸时金属液的作用力导致容易开裂的问题,引入了高温粘结剂磷酸二氢铝对型壳增强优化,并进行磷酸二氢铝增强铝矾土熟料型壳机制的研究。结果表明,当加入5%~9%磷酸二氢铝改性后,试样的干强度和烧结强度都得到极大的提高,强度最大分别提高到改性前的4.1倍、1.8倍。同时,通过对加入磷酸二氢铝改性的试样在100~500℃不同温度点进行加热发现,改性后的试样在300℃保温1 h条件下加热后,试样具备最高的烧结强度。The crack problems of vacuum shell casting thin shell mold because of foam pattern expansibility and melt effect during lost foam process were studied. High temperature binder Al(H2PO4)3 was added to enhance shell mold strength, and Al(H2PO4)3 strengthening bauxite shell mechanism was researched. The results show that when 5%-9% Al(H2PO4)3 were added to modify, dry strength and sintered strength of the sample were greatly improved, the maximum strength can be 4.1 times, 1.8 times than before modification. At the same time, the modified samples with Al(H2PO4)3 was heat-treated at different temperatures points from 100 to 500℃, and the highest strength of modified sample was obtained by heat treatment at 300℃ for 1 h.
