摘 要:采用机械合金化方法制备Fe-20Cr-2.5Al,Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-0.8Y_2O_3和Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-3Y_2O_3合金试样,并利用电化学方法以及化学浸泡法,结合XRD、TEM等表面分析技术,研究了不同Y_2O_3含量对MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al合金在质量分数为3.5%Na Cl溶液、6%Fe Cl_3溶液以及0.05 mol/L H_2SO_4+0.25 mol/L Na_2SO_4水溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明:添加Y_2O_3的MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al合金的电化学腐蚀性能优于未添加Y_2O_3的MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al合金,MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al,MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-0.8Y_2O_3及MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-3Y_2O_3试样腐蚀失重依次降低。稀土Y_2O_3的添加是耐蚀性能提高的主要原因。MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al, MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-0.8Y2O3 and MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-3Y2O3 alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing. And the electrochemical behaviors were studied by electrochemical technology and immersion test. The electrochemical corrosion performance of stainless steel and the stainless steel with coating were studied in 3.5%NaC1, 6%FeC13 and 0.05 mol/L H2SO4+0.25 mol/L Na2SO4 solution by using XRD, TEM technology. The results show that the electrochemical corrosion performance of MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al adding Y2O3 is better than that without adding Y2O3. The weight loss from large to small in turn is MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al, MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-0.8Y2O3 and MA Fe-20Cr-2.5Al-3Y2O3. The adding of rare earth Y2O3 is a major cause of electrochemical corrosion resistant performance improvement.
